I hate to give bad reviews, but I have to say the policies are so unprofessional at this location. Please let me explain, on 12-9-22 around 11 am, I walked in to check in for a hair cut. For some reason I was unable to check in online. No worries, because they take people in order of check in at the salon. This has always been my past experience until today. They have a walk-ins welcome sign. I did however notice that the online check in screen was off which is very unusual. I see a young lady waiting and no one else. So the manager finishes with her client and calls the lady. Great I will be next. I am playing a game on my phone. I observe and male walk in after about 8-10 minutes after me. The manager ask, did you check in online, He replies, yes and sat down. He is fusing with taking a photo of his ID. We wait about another 10 minutes. I noticed the employees are talking and taking their time. I was like man they are talking more than cutting hair. I sat quietly waiting. The male walks out and comes back a minute later. After a few more minutes the other employee is finished with her client. OMG, thank God after 15-20 minutes they are done. I am next. I noticed the employees is slow to clean up her station after checking out her client. I am waiting. I close my phone gathering myself to get up for a hair cut. I barely hear the girl say a name. I look up, when suddenly the male gets up walking to the chair. I am shocked! She sits him down and looks at me. The manager looks at me and puts here head down avoiding me. They both do not offer an explanation, or an apology. They both don’t even say, I will be right with you. I was shocked at their unprofessional conduct. Every location I have visited allow walk-ins priority over anyone checking in online. This is because that person has checked in at the store . This could have been avoided if the manager had informed me. We have two people ahead of you and it may be x minutes before we can cut your hair. I could have asked I only see one person. She could explain that online check ins have priority over walk ins. Simple. She never offered an apology or explanation. I decided to leave rather than wait another 20+ minutes while they take online check ins ahead of me. Disgusting customer service. I went to another location walked in and was seated right away. Even though there was a 17 minute wait ahead of me. I was there in store, not on my way.
