I am beyond pleased with my Great Clips location and the staff,I have been going there for about 4 months. I went in with tears in my eyes and asked for help! I starting to notice my hair thinning and just looking awful which was very odd since I had always had beautiful hair,so we talked about a few things while getting a haircut, I have done everything they’ve suggested and in just the short amount of my hairbrush got stuck in my hair for the first time in a while (because it’s thick again ) I do not use any hair products except what they sell,I rinse in Luke warm water,I have my youthful thunk hair again so don’t let their “affordable) prices scare you away.

Had a great experience. First time going to this location. Used the app, at the time was a 15 minute wait. Checked in and probably total of 30 mins from time checked in till had an available stylist sit me in a chair. I showed her a pic explained what I wanted and the whole time she kept asking me for sure if it was what I wanted. Was very happy with the results. Her name was Dolores at 4th and Milwauee next to United.
