Not the worst haircut I’ve ever had but far from a good one. I look like a porcupine with all the stray hairs. I asked that hair be cut on side so it did not touch ears but it does. Hair was uneven and not blended…family says it looks like a “bowl” cut. Haven’t used GC in 2 years because of inconsistent quality cuts. Maybe they have trouble with guys’ hair.

In the last couple of years, I have worked very hard in my garden and paid no attention to my hair, but had to break down and have something done with it for my son’s wedding and Great Clips did a great job for me in giving a style so I could be halfway presentable at the wedding! Lol seriously, I love my new haircut and highly recommend great clips even if it’s just a trim. The darndest thing though is I can’t remember the name of my stylist. But I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the cosmetologists who work there.

I love the location it’s close to my house. And I get seen fast because I’m always there on time. If you aren’t there and they call you you get skipped. Which is fair because that’s a potential lost in money. So I always plan to be there on time. Also the ladies who work there are awesome.!!!!!

IMHO if you are a man who wears his hair in a traditional style go to a barber. It could be here but mark my words ask for a barber not a beautician. There is a reason barbers must go to school longer and take a different test.

Most of the times that I get my hair cut I leave the salon not so happy. I’m not very easy to please when it comes to getting my hair cut, but this time I was very pleased. I showed April (the stylist) a picture of the cut I wanted & she did a wonderful job with my hair & she’s fast! Thank you, April!

I have given this store 3 chances. First chance: I came in with a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. Had a “trainee” who had to ask the manager how to do it. She said, “it’s just a pixie cut.” NO IT WASN’T!!! It was supposed to be layered on top and a fade in the back, but they left me with a nasty looking butcher job, three inches shorter than what I asked for. Second time, just came in for a trim (3 months later, after I let the hair grow out)…this girl barely spoke and never smiled. The manager (same manager as before) was bad mouthing another employee in front of customers. Third time, (another 3 to 4 months for another trim) I waited at the counter to get my name on the book. Girls were busy and manager (same manager) was cutting hair. She kept looking at me, then at her staff. When she realized no one else was coming to assist me, she grunted and rolled her eyes and came over. “Can I help you?” she said in the most SNARKY voice. I said, ” Ya know? No thank you.” And I walked out. As a customer service manager myself, I am embarrassed this establishment in my town gets away with this service.

Stylists are friendly but the online check in is very annoying. I sat and waited to get my hair cut and people continued to walk in and get their haircut before me. Even thoigh I had been here for over 20 minutes in person waiting. I feel that the this method for signing people up for hair cuts is very broken. Not sure I will come back to Great Clips until this is fixed. We left without our haircut. Very disappointed!

My hair is ruined! Stylist claimed that I was getting a 2 on the sides and a 4 on the top (supposedly finger length)- apparently both are the exact same to her. I was supposed to get a scissor cut trim on top, but she said she’d use a 4 so we wouldn’t be stuck there for very long- obviously cared more about speed rather than quality. Can’t even style whats left of my hair to make it look somewhat better. Will be wearing a cap for the next month or so until I can get this FIXED.
