WOW, I had a BEST hair cut by Jamie. I could not explain clearly about the hair style I wish to have. Jessica (spelling ?) , manager, and other staff help to resolve my hair cut. The manager’s leadership skill and team work was SUPERB – never experienced at any other Great Clips. Before I came to this location, I read all the reviews and drove “long way”. Jamie said “the quality customer service is the MOST important” to her.

I was one lucky girl to find Jaime working this morning when I came in for an early Sunday haircut! It was my first time at Great Clips and I cannot say enough about her. She was kind and passionate and caring and extremely attentive to some special needs I have which make getting my hair taken care of rather challenging. I have been to Greatclips before but not to this location-10001 Research Blvd Ste 135, Austin ….i went for my son and usually i will be with him but the guys here(Lucas and other lady) asked me to go to waiting room..as he is a kid with glasses , i told that he cant see clearly wo glass and so that i need to be with him..still they chided me to go to waiting room…just a weird place and weird people there…
