Pretty bad experience here. The guy that provided the service was very polite but wasn’t really doing much by himself. I had to tell him to blend my cut, trim excess hair and better shape my hairs. Also didn’t clean the excess hair on my neck or face post the haircut. I have had much better experience at other Great Clips locations before. Might not go back here again.

Walked in an hour before closing, Man does not know how to use system computer. Man signed me up for cut, then another guy walks in signs up online at door, and Haircut guy puts me behind new customer. Sign says 7 customers allowed in store at time there was 2 and myself. I sat down, haircut guy says you have to sit outside these seats are for old people, “what about Veterans?” No. It was only 100° today so, Ok wait outside and sign up again online. The old lady here and haicut hispanic rude and ready to leave. Will not be back here. Dont waste your time at this location, they will do it for you.

I had the worst haircut experience here! I asked for 8 on top and 6 on the sides and the lady almost accidentally started with a 6 on top. That was when I noticed! Later, she started doing 2 on the sides so that it looks better, without even asking me! I ended up having to go to another place to reshape the cut and I’ll have to wait out a few weeks to grow it back out 🙁

Was very busy midday so it was appropriately staffed with more hairdressers than usual. Jaeeun Jung cut my hair and was extremely efficient, helped me decide a length, and didn’t bother my acne even when shaving with no guard. The final result was perfect and a great deal.
