Our little dude needed his hair cut but was very afraid because of a past bad experience at a different shop. We tried to get his hair cut here two weeks before but he wasn’t having it. All of the ladies here were so nice we decided to try again. Our stylist was Taylor, she was awesome! Taylor made him feel at ease and safe. She went above and beyond for him and was genuinely helpful and empathetic. I highly recommend this location. While I sat and waited both times the staff was happy, engaged and professional. Their customer service skills are on point. They also give great haircuts. Kudos!

Do NOT go here. I took my three sons. Two got theirs done by a gentleman there who butchered both their hair. I showed back up to get one fixed and when the other son’s hair dried, I noticed he ruined his hair too. Now I’ve got to go back again and get it fixed. Furthermore, the excuse for my other son’s badly cut hair was that it’s very thick hair. In Lakeway, there’s no issues. I shouldn’t have tried to save time by going to this location and stuck to Lakeway’s.

I need a haircut, did not check in online, so even though I arrived before closing and within the wait time window they will not sign me in to cut my hair today. They refused my Business because “they have to close at five” Even though online says arrive at the salon to be seen. Garbage customer service.

Finally had enough of this company, never going back. As is tradition, I check in on the app on the way to the location as soon as it opens. Their app/checkin system is BS – if you are there and waiting, folks that checked in with +5s can saunter in ahead of you. On a busy Sunday, they had three people working…woefully inadequate and way understaffed.
