I came here for second time for my haircut as my husband always comes here to have a haircut with Diana, I came to know she left the salon . I was attended by the other new stylist . She is so rude and unprofessional. I am not going back again . I did not mind that she did not trim my hair to my expectations but the good customer service matters much .I am writing a review so that in future any other customer should not be treated like that .

My 7 year old granddaughter got her first hair it’s nothing like what was wanted. It’s extremely short, blotchy and uneven it’s the worst hair for a little girl who already struggles with self esteem issues. If there was away to unload a photo you’d see how bad it is. The online checkin at this place is unbelievable. There is always around a 2 hour wait. I checked in at 11am and at 1pm got a text I would be up in 15 minutes. I got there at 1:45 and I was no longer on the list. So 30 minutes after my warning. The woman at the front desk said I was late and must have been kicked out of the system. She proceeded to add me to the back of the line and said they could probably work me in. I had the text even showing that literally 30 minutes prior I received my notice.
