What a great experience! All i needed was to wash my hair and braid it tight while it’s wet, since i cant to so it myself at this time. I found Great Clips as a nearby location, while having brunch in the area. They were my second choice after a competitor next door, who’s wait time was much more i planned.

Was treated very, very rudely when I walked in and they said they were closed. I had checked in online with 95 min wait. It was 4:40pm when I received a text saying I should proceed to salon. Got there at 4:50pm (I think they were closing at 5pm.) I understand if there was a miscommunication with their technology, but they don’t have to be rude about it. I wasn’t insisting that they cut my hair either. And I don’t have much hair left; it takes all of 10 mins to run a razor and clean me up. I still pay a minimum $20 for this “service” every time.

I go to this great clips long time. I had good experience with Indian lady for my son haircut. She listen what I need. But this time the lady was too rude with my son haircut. she was like don’t like to cut kiddos haircut. My son is 5year it’s. Very hard to seat him in one position. So he was moving his head. The way she was rude with me and did cut his hai cut properly. I told him to fixed his hais with trim and she did do it. Worst experience with this lady.

My first time at Great Clips was a happy experience. Megan did a wonderful haircut for me and I was delighted with the results. She’s a sweet lady and made the experience to notch. The place was clean even though it was extremely busy. My only negative was that I made my appointment online and no where did it let me know that if the wait was more than 1 hour your name is automatically dropped. This caused a longer wait for me and some confusion when I arrived. However the manager was kind enough to work me in. Otherwise it was a great experience and you can’t beat the price. I will definitely go back again.

This place is Horrible.I took my son and he had terrible haircut.They are rushed and Haircut was Uneven. I tried to explain to the lady how it needed to be fixed I gave up and she was not willing to hear .

Been getting haircuts at home since the Pandemic started, which has been fine. But it was time to get a real haircut, and today was the day (at the Great Clips on Parmer in Austin). And I could not have asked for better; Evelyn, who cut my hair, was professional and confidence-inspiring. And for someone like me (for whom, for historical reasons, things like haircuts and dentist visits etc are fairly uncomfortable), it was a pleasure to trust my hair to someone who was so evidently competent. I had used the app to check-in, and there was no wait when I got there. Evelyn was masked (not really a hard requirement for me these days, but still my preference). She communicated very clearly and made sure she knew what I wanted. Overall, just an excellent experience for me coming out of Pandemic hibernation.

Good service but the app sucks! Not efficient in notifying customers when to go to the salon. You could be waiting all day for your turn! I suggest get your name on the list and just go there right away, eventhough it’s not your turn, because more than likely stylists are just waiting for people to show up
