What a dissappointing experience. Went in to have my haircut on Saturday the 14th of January. Got there at noon. Was told it would 20 minutes wait. I was taken back at 12:25. Asked for a shampoo. The young lady was not happy she had to wash my hair. She put me in the chair cut my hair. She did not take her time, did not show me her work and got me out so she could get someone else. I even remarked how she was hurrying me out so she could make more money. I got out into my car at 12:45. That means for my shampoo and cut she spent 20 minutes. I got home later that day and noticed the right side of my hair was longer than the left side and there are long and short pieces of hair all along the back of my cut. It is even worse tonight after I washed it. I have gone to this place several times and have never been treated like this before. My family went there but I can guarantee we will not be returning. There are plenty of hair salons in the area. When I get my son to take a picture, I will post it.

DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly the worst haircut of my life. I now need to figure out how to fix this so I look reasonably professional. The stylist ignored directions for hairline and length, and rushed. A simple scissor trim on curly hair, and he whips out clippers and does this! I don’t know what the heck he was thinking behind my ear. Who does that? It was like I was being pranked!

Came in just for a fade. Fade was great, but the stylist insisted on cutting the top. After I repeatedly said no, they did it anyway. Pretty frustrating. Oh and I still had to pay in full.

Walked in a 4:20pm for simple haircut. Literally one person getting hair cut one person waiting. Asked if I checked in on-line. Answered no and was informed “We have a 95 minute wait and and we close at 6 o’clock.” Politely informed the host I would never return. As I write this the one person waiting is getting cut, the other 3 employees are standing around. The propriator of this store should consider this lost revenue.
