This place is ran horribly. Out right refuse to take walk-ins with no one waiting in lobby for a haircut on two consecutive days in a row. Only go if you check in on the app and roughly can project out 120 mins out at a time.

My two boys and husband came to this Great Clips for the first time around the beginning of August 2020 and they’re great. All my guys are still Checking In for a cut eve they were all happy walking out the door! We’ve since moved from that area and my guys wont change locations even though there are 10 places right by us they could go to! Clean, friendly and the hair stylists actually LISTEN to how you want your haircut. One of my favorite things about them is their patience with the little ones. They’re in no rush and all about making the kiddos feel safe up in their chair. TEAR-FREE zone

Took my daughter here to get her hair washed, cut and straightened for her 16th birthday. We checked in as soon as they opened to avoid the Valentine’s rush. As soon as I told the nice stylist what service we wanted, she asked the “head stylist/manager” if she had the straightener in which she replied “YEAH BUT IT’S GONNA COST $50” well NO SH*T I wasn’t expecting the service for free!? The attitude was enough to turn us totally off but we had no choice. At this point it would be a 2 hour wait anywhere else. She lady who did my daughter’s hair was a sweetheart and did a great job. My daughter wanted to use her birthday money to pay for it but the “head stylist/manager” rudely interjected again saying they don’t take bills larger than $20 even though there was no sign on the door or on the website. Embarrassed the hell out of my daughter. Never again.
