Place was nice. Just had to wait like 3min in a saturday. Good price. The haircut looked good but it wasnt what i wanted. The lady didnt really understand what i wanted i guess even though i even showed her pictures. And i found it weird tht she didnt wet my hair to cut. Everytime ive gotten a haircut the ladies have always wet my hair. The one in yellow is my cut the other pic is what i wanted.

The haircut was good. Service was good. I am a veteran and went in on veterans day to get the card and they were out. I was asked to give name and phone number and they would be in touch regarding the veterans free haircut. No body called so when I went in they said I was to come back the next day but I was told they would call and that call didn’t happen. They also said their manager had deleted the promo for the veterans haircut so I ended up paying for it.

This Great Clips appears to have a high turnover of workers. It is a gamble of whether you get a good stylist or not. Today I had Brittany. She was very good. She is 5 star, overall the place is a 4 star.

I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would never come here again I took my nephew there and the lady was trying to rush though his haircut. Then when I tried to ask her a question and she snaps on me saying that if I knew how to cut hair why did I bring him here and proceed to tell me well you can leave if you want and tells me to go to Jack’s barbershop so I did and Ms Young fixed him up so well

With all this bad reputation not so great clips just hires anybody that can comb and use scissors. There’s 1 person in there that always gets my cut right and sadly only works sundays she’s on the second chair to the left when you walk in.

No wait ,I had pre registered but no one in the store. Brittany the stylist was very pleasant and proficient, I got a great haircut and my eyebrows trimmed and was in and out in about 20 minutes. I will return and hopefully the same lady will be working then

My wife went in for the first and last time and was not happy with the out come and you may not either based on other reviews I’ve seen. Had to give to give it a star just to right a review but in my opinion it shouldn’t even get a star. Maybe there stylist should have more training.

The same guy who has cut my hair has also cut my husbands hair, he smells like cigarettes and literally took a facetime call with his girlfriend, or wife(?) while giving me a haircut. He jams the clippers against your head and when my husband mentioned that he was being stuck with the comb in his scalp was told “i’ll call china” I guess in reference to the manufacturer of the comb? Zero self awareness, unable to know how to respond when someone tells him he’s hurting them and a crazy level of lack of understanding customer service. Its not even an option to ask for a different person because when asked if someone else was available he said “she’s in the back eating. Its her third time eating today, you know?”

Let’s just say, you get what you pay for. Yes this place is cheap but there is a reason for that. My “stylist” was playing online poker the entire time he was cutting my hair (which should have been my first red flag to get up and run). He drenched my hair and cut it wet (second big red flag since I have wavy hair). It seemed okay until I got home and dried my hair. That’s when I saw the choppy, uneven, hack job. The only Haircut I’ve ever had worse than this one was when I literally took clippers to my own ponytail in desperation of Covid times. I only give two stars because my husband goes here and they do an okay job for him.
