Would give a no star if possible. Girl cutting hair acted as though I was an inconvenience for being there. Sloppy haircut and acted bothered I kept asking her to clean up other areas she completely missed. Hardly even looked at hair when “finished”. Had to multiple times ask to fix obvious uncut or even out places. Made excuses each time it wasn’t right about how it’s my hair. Finally just said enough was enough and left. Will have to go elsewhere to get hair done right. Was a waste of my money and very rude service. Have had good experiences in the past here, but this time was an awful experience.

Absolute trash service. I checked in online and it said 0 minutes wait time, I got there 5 min later and they had people ahead of me?? That’s fine. They changed my check in name and kept skipping my kid, not okay. When i called them out the lady was incredibly rude with the fakest smile and laughing. NOPE. Never going there again, the only person I’d recommend here is Vanessa.

Checked in on line. The wait time was 20 minutes. I received a text 25 minutes later telling me I was next in line. I walk in and was told there were two people in front of me. I waited a additional 20 minutes be for leaving. There was still a person in front of me when I left. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. I will not return to this store!
