Hair stylists are great. Ignore the app and wait times. People check in then don’t show up. My last three hair cuts I’ve gotten within 15 minutes of arrival while the apps wait time is over 2 hours. This store is great but seriously what is corporate doing?

Terrible haircut! After letting the stylist know it was uneven 2 times and her “fixing it” I realized it wasn’t going to get better. The first time, one side was above my bra and one side was below. This is not the first horrible haircut I have had, but I only needed a trim so I thought it would be ok. Very uneven. See pictures for examples.

I took my cousin to have his haircut this weekend and did such an unproportionate haircut; his sides and upper haircut are in a ratio of 1:30 at least. I wish the hairdressers who work here had some common sense while doing their job.

I have been there a few times for my boys to get their hair cut! I have always had amazing experiences! Just left there and had another great experience! It was a challenge for them seeing as how they hadn’t had their haircut since covid started! Sara and Tabitha were absolutely the greatest! Ashlee was friendly the second I entered! I recommend this location!!

Having just read the other reviews I’ll count myself lucky that they turned me away. I arrived just after 8am. I had not checked in online. There were two stylists. There were no customers waiting. One of them said the wait would be over an hour. I pointed out that there was no one sitting in any of the wait chairs. She said “They’ll start showing up any minute.” I thought this was a walk-in business. As I drove away I tried to think of what made them not want my business. Maybe because I am female with long hair. It may be easier and faster to cut male hair and meet male expectations.

Extremely unprofessional. I got the worst haircut. My stylist had a different meaning of shoulder length. She cut my hair so short, almost 3 inches above shoulder and she called it shoulder length. I recently discovered a quirk in that if the location has booked 2hrs of clients, the online check in will not allow you to sign in. In addition the staff won’t take appointments over the phone. I was told, “you can drive over and check in in person.” No thank you….Supercuts isn’t that far away and I got the most thorough haircut I’ve ever had. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

Hairdresser was great at styling but my fault for not explaining to them exactly what i wanted. I would go back again if i was in need of an inexpensive and fast cut, which explains 4 stars. I left them a tip regardless since they made the visit enjoyable and I think I will be more thorough in what I’d like next time.
