Went there with a kid (2 yrs old), they barely trimmed smaller portion of hair. Kid stayed for less than 2 minutes in chair and cried afterwards to avoid hair cut. We were asked to pay in full ($17) but later manager came in to adjust some amount.However, not a great place for child hair cut . They showed 0 understanding of child psychology. I posted this in my Twitter to grab GreatClips attention as well.

I’m very particular when it comes to my hair. Especially since it grows a little weird. So I always look for someone that cuts my hair the way I like it so that I can continue going back to that same person. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and I always request Asst. Mgr. Jessica. She’s cool and understands how I style my hair from day 1. While all the stylist there are nice and cool, Jessica is my go to person. This review is long overdue so I just want to brag on her a little and say Thank You!

Jamie helped us and another kind lady, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. They were both kind and did a fabulous job on my girls’ hair. The location was clean and convenient since we needed to make an H‑E‑B trip afterwards. Highly recommend!

My experience here was not only bad it was horrendous. As soon as I stepped into the building I was greeting by a white woman with white hair and a lot of sass. I asked for something so simple a child could do it. A low fade nothing off the top… when she “said” she was done, I had a mid fade on one side and a straight line on the other. I was actually astonished at the fact this lady would let me leave the store looking like a troglodyte. And after I asked her to make it even on each side I was met with a huff and a puff… I will not be returning to this establishment for as long as I exist. Thank you and goodnight.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am not the type to make reviews due to me dealing with review daily, however ive been coming to this location for years now never had bad experience, until this last time, i got a haircut by zara (i believe was her name) i did not get the cut i was wanting i wanted a inch or 2 trimmed on top she went scissor happy not even wetting hair her scissors pulling hair as she cutting then she didnt even ask square or rounded in back i dont like rounded she just rounded it and in the process cut my chain with her clippers didnt stop to notify or apologize. She let me walk out im thankful my chain was found not lost or stollen, i asked to speak to a manager im not sure her name her very first words were how you know it happened here, that is very poor management i didnt get an apology or anything from zara nor the management’s side and its been over a week i havent had no call from store manager or nothing me speaking as a general manager i feel disrespected an as if i dont matter which is sad due to this location never had issues or this happen anywhere if a employee messes up managers are there to help or find a solution to the problem not move on as if nothing happened. I took my 3 boys to get a haircut on a Sunday afternoon. The wait wasn’t bad. They were fully staffed and moving things along quickly. My boys had the pleasure of getting haircuts from Gabby, Rose and Cathy. All three did a wonderful job and we’d definitely go back! Be sure to check in online that really helps!
