so when paying for haircut with card, put one too many 0’s in a $2 tip making it a $20 tip. instead of backing out of screen it was “some how” processed…. told them that was incorrect and another lady just said “that’s good” meaning for the employee… I asked if it could be corrected. She said no, once it goes through its a done deal. I asked if there was anything she could do, a couple for next visit etc… “No” she exclaimed…. so, as result, Great Clips will no longer me receiving a tip from me again.

Both my son and I have tried out this newly opened location in Hutto. It is very convenient for us and the staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend getting their app so you can make use of their “check-in online” option. Also worth noting that this location is as good as their Round Rock location on Route 79 and a LOT better than their location in Taylor.

Terrible customer service. Rude girls with no manners. No hello how can I help you. Just a Did you check in as I’m walking into this sloppy place. The lady told me a 30 min wait. I agreed to wait. For the third time she kept telling me sorry it’s going to be a long wait. As if I wasn’t aware and kept giving dirty looks. NEVER go here and waste your time with the lowest of lows educated people.

Friendly, chatty staff. Always a pleasure to get my hair cut….removing 3 stars. Went in this morning. No one waiting in store and I’m told I have to check in if I want a haircut. Her excuse is she has to clean up before she can cut hair. 3 staff, not a single client in and their check in time is 99 minutes.. What a joke.

Online check in is a joke. Five people are waiting and there is only one person cutting hair. Two other employees are in the store but on some kind of break. The wait time counter is going up as I sit here and watch it. 🙁
