Have been coming to this location, usually have Brandi cut my hair. She has great listening skills and actively listens Did not make appt or check in via app. Today my hairdresser not here and was entrusted to Tammy. When I advise what I was wanting, she said okay and I thought everything was fine. My hair was up in pins and barrettes. When she started cutting I asked her if she wasn’t going to wet it first because it had been up in pins and barrettes she said she would cut dry. I should have stopped there but I didn’t. She continued to cut shorter than what she had shown me and changed the style even though I specifically asked for a specific style. When I asked her about thinning the nape of my hair she used scissors. I asked if she would use trimming shears and immediately she seemed to have gotten upset and said so are you a beautician? I don’t use thinning shears. Scissors will do fine. Again I was already in the middle of the haircut. I allowed her to finish she attempted to correct the style by using a flat iron to make it look better. It did not. I wish I would have listened to my instincts even after she started cutting and requested someone else. She gave me a $2 discount because she had messed up my hair. #Divas with scissors. She thought it was do it her way not do it my way. Very disappointed.

Asked for a fauxhawk with about half an inch off the top and she took almost 2 full inches. Gave me a military crew cut basically. I said something and she got loud comparing my 2 inches to her comb trying to prove it was only 1. Again I said half an inch. It’s just hair it’ll grow back but come on.

The hairstylist was great with my 5 year old and his hair cut was fairly simple. I wanted an under shave and bang trim. I had to go back to have my bangs redone because the bangs were quite uneven. The hairstylist was accommodating and apologetic, she fixed the bangs no problem. However, I guess I should have checked the under shave before I left. When I got home the second time and put my hair up it was quite apparent that the shave was patchy and uneven. I drove 36 minutes round trip twice and it was not worth the gas. Again, the stylist was very nice but it was a rush job and sloppy.

Great service and very clean. I will be coming back. I was happy with how my hair turned out at the Wolf Ranch location and the Williams Drive location as well. I’m happy with the people and will return to both locations. The price doesn’t hurt either, very reasonable and it’s great that they have coupons as well.
