NEVER AGAIN! The worst haircut my son has ever had! The individual who cut my son’s hair clearly had no idea what he was doing. The stylist was shown an example of the style we desired for our son, however he missed the mark! He clearly disregarded the description and unevenly shaved my son’s hair off.

I had haircut Today. Their customer service is very good as well as the haircut. There are many negative reviews for this location on rudeness and customer service and I would like to share my personal observations from Today’s visit. First of all so many people lately checking-in but not showing up because of that wait time for this location always shows as so high. I did a walk-in 45 minutes before close. Post pandemic every business facing shortage in staff and there are two people continuously working from morning and customer also need to be considerate of their situation. They close at 6:00, I noticed two people walking at 5:50 & 5:55 and staff told they are about to close and didn’t deny haircut but those customers left in anger. At the end of the day we all are humans and need to show some empathy on fellow human. Myself as a person observing all felt very bad and so much pressure on both of them working hard from morning. I guess some negative reviews may be because of these kind of situations. Over all I am very happy to have a salon in neighborhood and thanks for all you do.

Zae and Glenda at the Bar W location were wonderful! Zae took the time to talk to my son and figure out the exact style he wanted. Glenda was so sweet! I felt that they both listened to us and really wanted to give a good cut. We are very happy with the service we received today and will be back in the future.

My son and I have gone twice. The first time we went, the haircut was good. It was done by a woman with dark long brown hair. However, her coworker with short hair talked soooooooo much. I literally know her coworkers life story, including why she got fired from her last haircut place and how she ended up here. I would have kept booking appointments just to not hear this lady overshare her life and things she shouldn’t be telling customers. The long brown haired girl was literally doing everything, handling the customers, answering the phones… while the other one just took a long time talking her clients head off. I felt bad for our hairstylist. But this isn’t the reason for the 1 star. I’m giving it 1 star because the 2nd time we booked here, I got my son on the waiting list at 2pm. It said his wait time was 60 minutes. Cool. Well that time kept going up and down, they never got us in before 5pm when it closed. Im assuming they were taking walkins over the waiting list. Luckily I found a place in Cedar Park willing to take my son and squeeze him in since he had picture day the next day. The man that answered at this Great Clips before 5pm location was not apologetic. He was cold and made it clear they closed at 5. So too bad you never made it off the list attitude. We won’t be returning. The waiting list is a joke. Is the manager even reading these complaints? This place is so new they should really be listening to these bad reviews and doing something about it. This is at the Georgetown location off Ronald Reagan in the HEB shopping center that intersects with 29.
