Came in for a hair cut and asked them for a mustache trim (takes 20-30 seconds)I get this done about every 3 weeks. Never once have I been charged for it. Well today I made the mistake of going to Great Clips. Where a mustache trim they call it full beard trim and charged me 8 bucks.

You could cut your hair better at home. Of all the times I’ve visited here I’ve never left truly satisfied with my haircut. All of the stylists rush thru the cut and don’t confirm things before cutting. For some reason they assume you want sideburns cut an inch above your ears.

Well I checked in online and it said 21 min wait. That was fine and after 25 minutes of playing on my phone the black woman with an accent was ringing out her customer when she started to state her political beliefs. I am fine if you belong to a different party. But when you start spouting lies like “Democrats cause wars” then you have gone too far. I stood up, told her to cancel my appointment and she said “oh no you are next. I can take you now”. I am not one to cause a scene so I just left. She lost my business, my purpose of product that I was going to make and a sizable tip. Maybe don’t bad mouth a group in a room full of people who might be offended by stupid statements.
