There is absolutely no way that we will ever return to this salon. My wife wanted nothing more than a simple trim, but the stylist went right down the center of her scalp with a #2 buzz cut. The only way to fix it, of course, was to buzz the rest of her scalp down to a #2. It will be a minimum of three or four months before her hair is back to where it was. In the meantime, she’ll need to wear hats or scarves to hide this incredibly botched haircut. There is literally no excuse for what that stylist did to my wife’s hair. None whatsoever. At least the manager bought my wife a ballcap to wear home, which is fine, but that doesn’t fix the problem.

The lady doing the check-in was kind of rude which is why I only gave it three stars. The lady that actually cut my hair, Rose Mary(?), was excellent though. She gets five stars.

Not the most comfortable haircut I’ve received, however the woman cutting my hair was able to correct my part. She did use an extremely harsh and stiff brush (like what you’d used to scrub sinks) to scrape my skull. She did also snag my earring twice and that hurt. And for some reason this was the first great clips to not use the notes system (usually great clips has notes on what you did the last time you visited any location).
