Absolutely the rudest women, Vanessa included, on Sunday 1/8/23. I will never go there again. Pay for a service to be treated that way, no thank you. Simply because I walked in and they asked if I checked in online. I said no. She said that I will have to wait if someone walks in, I replied with Okay, well there is no one in here now so can my son get his haircut. They were rude the rest of the time we were there. Horrible experience with my son.

Checked in and waited for 40 minutes. No problem at all, it’s a Saturday it’s going to be busy. When my turn came up (no one in line waiting after me) I asked for just a wash and style. I’ve done this plenty of times at other locations with no issue. Well today at 3PM after waiting 40 minutes, 4 people ahead of me and now no one in line I was told they didn’t have time to do that. Do not come to this location, the staff don’t want to do their job. If I had known this obviously I wouldn’t have sat there for 40 minutes waiting. In future when you check people in maybe you should actually ask what they’re there for if you don’t feel like doing that today.

Told the hairdresser what we wanted for our 5 year olds haircut. She didn’t do what we wanted at all. While waiting, another parent came in for their son’s haircut. I’ve been to this Great Clips a total of 4 times. The first two, I had ok experiences. The last two times a young lady named Vanessa has cut my hair and she has done an excellent job! I couldn’t be happier with the haircuts she has given me. Thank you. I do hope Vanessa stays at this location for a long time.
