I will NEVER go back. Highly disappointed with their service. I went to this location with my son and we both had a coupon. I confirmed with their employee (in advance) if we both can use the coupon.They confirmed “Yes you can” without checking coupons details etc. after we had hair cut they refused to use coupon for my son and told me they cant use same coupon again. I understand that system may not allow same coupon but that is something they did not checked/explained to me in advance. They could have used different coupon or any other discount to set a good example against their mistake but they didn’t . I truly believe they could have handled the case appropriately and improve services by making sure to give accurate information to a customer when asked. it was not the money but to respect and honor what was confirmed to a customer. Finally I paid in full and left the store. I hope they will improve their customer handling skills!

I will NEVER go back. I had surgery and was unable to wash my hair. I went in for a shampoo and blow dry. I don’t think that the hairdresser knew much about blow dry styling. She apologized for not having a smaller brush for my short hair so proceeded to dry it with large brush. All I can say is, it was washed. Then I was charged 38.00 for the service! I will NEVER go back there. I was so devastated.

I don’t typically go to Great Clips due to some past bad experiences. Came here because I needed a haircut last minute. First time coming here and I came for a mens haircut. Check in online was super easy. All the hairdressers inside were super friendly and welcoming. You could tell they all love what they do. I was pleasantly surprised since I came in at the last hour, and usually service workers are burnt out by then. Aria was my stylist. Super friendly and had a great conversation with her. She definitely knew what she was doing. Was super fast and was more than accommodating to any adjustments to my haircut and even offered some suggestions. Price was also great. Used to pay more at a barber for not as good a job. Will definitely come again! Best haircut I’ve gotten in a long time.

Did Great Clips get better with Covid? Sure seems like it to me. I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years but recently I’ve been especially pleased with the hair stylists. (Only reason it’s not a five is that some people from my family aren’t sold…maybe a consistency issue or specialty cuts.)

Great service! Easy online check with updates on wait times. Homer is awesome! Super friendly, polite, skilled and efficient. He and the last male barber that cut my hair (sorry can’t recall his name & unfortunately he moved some time ago)have given the best haircuts for my naturally curly hair, even from those done at higher priced salons. Huge thank you for the Military, Fire & Police discount too. This business truly takes care of Veterans every year! Overall a great community business with wonderful staff and service!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease hire trained professionals who know how to cut curly hair DRY and do not question a particular hair cut request.I walked in and had already checked in. They called my name, looked at my dry curly hair and immediately behaved as though my hair was the biggest challenge they had ever seen. It’s normal shoulder length curly hair. I asked for a deeper U or V shape on the length in back and layers. I asked for it to please be cut dry.The first woman who called my name referred me to her friend and said she did a better job for things like that. She also warned me about 3+ times of how my hair would shrink. Did I ask for the warning? No. And I’m well aware, I have had curly hair my whole life. My request was far from impractical or challenging. The second said she couldn’t do it dry. I told her thank you anyway and left. What a disappointing experience. I went to a different location and they said “Sure, we’ve got you. No worries at all.”Once again, please have trained professionals with skill and most importantly people skills. Nobody wants to leave a salon feeling uncomfortable and difficult. I haven’t had a bad experience until today which is why I am giving it a four star rating. Usually the ladies are nice and know what they are doing. Today was not that day. I have not seen the lady who cut my hair today before. She did a decent job on my sons hair, She didn’t spend time combing my daughters hair after her trim and she did a shabby job in my hair. I didn’t want her to touch my hair again out of anger. To top it off, her customer service is horrible. I could tell she did not want to be there. Very unprofessional. I will go back tomorrow to ask to have my hair fixed and to let whoever know is in charge that she does not belong there. I would e done it today but I had my kids with me and we had things to do
