0 STARS NONE AT ALL!!!!!!!!This has to be the worst haircut I have ever received in my entire life. I left with a choppy MULLET! DRY CUT that took 7 mins and definitely didn’t know what she was doing. Its like her plan was to mess my hair up. I cried the way home. STOP GOING TO GREAT CLIPS AND JUST BOOK APPOINTMENTS WITH THE PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!

The staff is friendly and the service was fast. My concern was with the quality of my child’s haircut. I asked for a straight blunt haircut on my daughter’s hair. Her hair was completely uneven after the cut. No, I did not complain nor would I allow them to tough her hair again. I just won’t ever take my children here. The best I can do is share this review and a photo to help illustrate. The pictures show how much we had to cut off to even her hair out and how choppy it looked from the back. It’s hair – it will grow back. You can see from the photo how uneven the hair was from the front.

Well, I will preface this by saying I have no patience, whatsoever. My hair is in an awkward stage of growing out. I have decided to embrace the aging process and stop dying my hair. With that came dry ends and a very scraggly look. I am new to Texas and had no clue who to go to for a haircut so I took matters into my own hands and made a huge mess. My bangs looked like what can only be described as a sister of Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber and the rest lay flat against my face, giving me a severe look similar to Harry Potter’s Professor Snape. The back was so uneven and gnarly looking. Just bad. I tried to contact several “high-end” salons but people here don’t seem to want my business. Unanswered calls and extreme pricing and I guess my money is no good here. Okay by me. I was willing to pay a higher price to get this mess fixed but I couldn’t get anybody who wasn’t too busy. I decided to trust Great Clips and I’m so very glad I did. Maria was and is my stylist now and from now on. I checked in online on a Saturday. When I got there, Maria took me back immediately. I asked her to help me and she did. In less than 20 minutes I went from looking like a Dumb and Dumber Professor Snape to a very happy customer with a gorgeous new haircut. I love it! She fixed it! Maria did so much better than I had ever expected. I love her. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I went in there thinking they couldn’t mess it up much more than I did. Instead, what I got was a fast and very professional work of art, and don’t get me started on how great the price is. Compared to these snooty, over-priced salons filled with self-important, arrogant hairstylists who are too pompous to answer a phone call and too rich to accept new clients, Maria at Great Clips is a mega rockstar. I’m so happy I found my new go-to for hair. Can’t thank Maria enough. Pay no attention to the cry baby reviews here. This is truly a great salon with talented stylists and a super great price.

I have been here before but the lady Lucina is an old lady, she was distracted so much while cutting my hear had the audacity to tell me not to come here. Told me I had thin hair(which I do post cancer) but I get haircuts at so many places and she was the worst hair stylist I ever encountered. Please be careful with her cuz she ruins hair. Took my son in for a haircut right to get ready for homecoming around 12:20 today- his stylist, Maria, left stray long hairs, didn’t blend his fade well, had distinct lines, he had shorter hair spots in the areas that were attempted at fading, & my son said she hit him in the head with the clippers. He was visibly upset when I started to check it out so I paid and we walked out. He didn’t even want to go back in to let them know what was wrong to get it fixed because he knew he might have to sit in her chair again… I usually don’t have issues with my boys at that location, so if you go, I’d think twice about getting Maria.
