I left a review a few months ago because I was bummed out that they would not wash and dry my hair due to “a manager who won’t let them” because of COVID restrictions- can’t wash and dry my hair due to covid but masks aren’t required for employees or customers, how does that make sense? After I left my review I received a reply asking me to email Great clips so the issue could be resolved. I was contacted by a district manager or whatever that position is called and she told me that my review got somebody fired. 2nd red flag, very unprofessional. I was offered a 10.99 cut and dry by said manager but the only way I could get it is by scheduling an appointment with her. I deleted my review and waited a few weeks because I had ended up getting it cut somewhere else and wasn’t ready for another one but by then I had gotten a new phone and lost the manager’s number so I decided to just go in again. They still wont wash my hair. Turns out policy was not changed even though it had already been acknowledged that it was wrong and the deal I had been offered was just to sate me. It’s completely ridiculous that I can’t get a quick wash and dry that literally every other salon does. And to blame it on covid when no one is wearing masks and we’re like two feet away from each other’s face? At least come up with an excuse that makes sense! Pure insanity. I wanted to use this location because it’s the closest haircut near my apartment This time I will DEFINITELY not be back.

I just got turned away because the employee working today 1/16/23 @ 10am asked me what I would like for my 9yr old sons hair. I began to say “zero on the the sides” that’s when she stopped me in the middle of my sentence and told me “ I’m not doing any zeros today, I am sick!” What kind of customer service is that? If you’re sick then why are you even there cutting hair possibly making others sick!!!

Staff of 2. Great workers in my book. A little busy but they took care of my 2 daughters relatively quick, despite not having an appointment set. 2 other companies were booked so this place came in clutch since school photos were the very next day! Take it easy out there, be patient with business as most places are “SHORT” staffed. This should be taken into account.

Jesse and Sun were our stylist for myself, my 2 yr old and 7 year old. Sun did an awesome job with my sons high fade as well as Jesse who trimmed my 2 year old daughters bangs. They were both patient and understanding of the noise. Thank you so much for making a maintenance haircut possible for us. It was a successful visit.

ive gone to this place a few times and so far avoided going back because usually i always have to come home n trim hair that was not cut arround the ears or in the back of the neck .yeah she has shaped it .. but doesnr bother to trim it .always left regreting going in honestly.reason i go to a different great clips.on top of that its like pressure to leave a tip when she did an awful job.. not once twice or 3 times .i can see why the waiting period is so low always from the bad bad reviews
