Had my hair done by Mary Ann last night. I went in, asking for the sides of my head shaved down to the skin, top to be left alone, for an undercut. She did the sides well enough, but she cut my hair much shorter on the top than I wanted. Before she started cutting, I showed pictures with a similar length to mine, and she said ‘Like a mohawk?’ So she understood what I wanted. And then went against it. I couldn’t see what she was doing to say anything because I wasn’t left facing the mirror at all. This is the only time I’ve ever had a stylist completely ignore my request, without saying a word to me about it, and it’s the worst time I’ve had of a haircut.

We went there today to get my son’s hair cut. The last time we went there a lady did it. Amazing job my son was so happy. Because all the other times bad experience with every cut. This time Nathan did it. My son told him multiple times to not cut the top. And to stop. This guy completely messed up my son’s hair. He is so incredibly upset. I will never be returning to this location unless I find out who the lady was that did it. He asked also for a fade the guy messed that up too. If you don’t know how to cut hair and listen to customers don’t work in hair salon. I’m so upset about this.

They always get my cut wrong every time I been coming here for bout 2 months or so I give it a last chance and see what we could fix so they say they’ll leave a note for the next stylist but they don’t read notes all they do is move you to the next stylist to fix your cut DONT COME HERE YOULL THANK ME LATER !!! at least I gave Great Clips a chance

Was my go to place but now seams you can never get tge same person as always new peep there and my last cut left me hair messed up waking up with rightside of head long still while rest was short and behind my ear was not even cut on rightside went back 4 days later told them they tryed to cut it like if it was a new cut trying to charge me 17 bucks again. They don’t like or know how to use scissors. I do not speak much Spanish, which you MUST with the majority of the people that work here. NO phone call reservations, ONLY via their website. Even then, 20 – 45 minute wait time. People do smile and are friendly.

I’ve been going here periodicly for about 2 years, it had been great till here recently. I had asked for finger length cut, and they just buzzed off with no fingers with a number 6 size clip. My hair is shorter than I wanted and was not faded right. I also had brought my 14 year old son with me, he was not happy about it as well.

We have been coming to this location ever since his first hair cut! He always has an amazing experience! Staff is amazing and friendly. They usually provide a treat at the end! Highly Recommend for everyone!
