I walked in and was greeted right away, said a 30 minute wait, but thank God they had a cancellation and was called within 10 minutes. I told Ms Tamara that I wanted a jazzy haircut even though I will be 60 soon, and she did a amazing job. She will definitely be my go to girl! Great job, clean shop, friendly staff!! Horrible service my fiancé had came in for a hair cut with hair stylist Jas and completely buzzed cut his hair his hair was a little longer than shoulder length and he asked for four inches off the top of the head and slowly go down to two inches going on the side and instead the stylist Jas used a 4 on her clippers and buzz cut his hair and blamed him due to miscommunication! Very upset about her service will not be returning.

While it a cheaper place for a haircut, this location is unreliable. Hours posted are until 5 on Sunday and told at 3:52 that they’d be closing in 8 minutes. Close 1 hour early? Why even count on this location. You can drive over there and doesn’t mean they’ll be open. Need to call before you waste time and gas. Hey, calling might be hit or miss too. Will they even answer phone? Management at this location needs to be reported to corporate. Guess employees on duty don’t need money and decided to shut early. Poorest service of ant Great Clips I’ve been too.

Just a hit or miss with the stylists. Feels like an inconsistent staff that has a knack for leaving untrimmed hair around the ears or crooked fades. But the worst part about all of this is the use of the “online check in” handful of times my wait will increase after I wait for over half the time it gave me. Today is August 10th 2022 I booked my appointment after 345pm and told me 77 minutes I look at the status just shy of 430pm and it increased to 88 minutes.

Stay away unless you check in online, I guess . I didn’t believe what others had posted about this, but today I found out for myself it is 100% true. Although I was the only one in the waiting area and a hair dresser was done she didn’t acknowledge me. I heard another tell her to help me and she said she was waiting for someone. I assume it was the person that had checked in online but was clearly not there. When she walked past me and stood by the door looking outside, I got up and left.

Stay away from this place! To the people who are new to this area, I highly recommend to NEVER get a haircut here. The stylists who work here have terrible customer service. I stop doing business with them recently and found myself a good barber. SAVE YOURSELF $20! There are some great local barbers nearby that do a better job keeping their customers satisfied. Keep looking. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

I have never had a issue like this before, but the lady that cut my 3 year olds hair yesterday messed up bad!! I showed her a picture of the look we were going for and she glanced and said ok and ended up doing her own thing. It’s uneven he has parts on his head where she took out chunks of hair and it’s very noticeable. I guess because it was close to closing time she was in a rush and hurried. That’s so wrong!!

Went in today for a haircut for my Son. The staff didn’t even acknowledge us. We were sitting there for about 20 minutes and never came to ask if he wanted to check in. They would come up the the counter and still didn’t bother to ask us anything. So we walked out. Really bad customer service.
