This is my 3rd time being there and they have not failed me once. They people are nice and friendly, and they get to know their customers. Russell, the new manager cut my hair and he did a phenomenal job. He knows how to relate to his customers. Definitely recommend going to this place.

I went her Sunday on my day off, I left crying because my hair looked terrible, the back of my hair was the only thing I like I asked for curtain bangs and got a Dora the explorer bangs then she asked me if I wanted more layers I said yes I wanted more layers to the sides and she continued putting layers on the back of my hair. I wear glasses so having to take them off while my hair is being cut isn’t a problem but it was. I was gonna ask her to cut it even shorter but another stylest if that what you’d call these women made a comment saying if I went any shorter it would look terrible so I got to self conscious about it and just told her it looked fine paid my bill and left all I wanted was a short hair cut with long layer all around and curtain bangs to frame my face instead I got what almost looks like a mullet…. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO GREAT CLIPS THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL DISTRACTED AND TERRIBLE AT THERE JOB THE TWO WOMEN SHOULD BE FIRED FOR THERE UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!!

I showed Hairdresser picture (of myself) and told what I wanted. She didn’t give bad haircut, just nothing like I wanted. The entire haircut she rolled her eyes at customers that came in and talked rudely to them. She griped about her work environment the whole time. Was friendly to me until haircut was finished. During checkout she was already on phone to her kid and actually left me at register and went to back. I took my card out of machine and left. Not sure if I was supposed to get a receipt or not but to me transaction is not finished until I turn to leave. Will never come back. The only one in there that seemed friendly and actually smiled at me was a light blond hair guy. There are a ton of these walk in places, why choose this one and get treated sub par. Now to find a person to actually cut my hair the way I asked. Y’all need to get secret shoppers in there, seriously!

My boyfriend has been going to this location since it has opened. He uses this company because there are limited salons open on Sundays. His haircut is almost always not up to par. But today was the worst experience he has ever had. He is 51yrs old. The stylist asked him if he was going to use his senior discount! He informed her he was not a senior citizen. NO APOLOGY. Once he sits in the chair for his haircut, she grabs his hair tight and GROWLS, “grrrr”! Is she psycho??? In addition, the entire time she was cutting his hair she complained about her job and the music playing in the building and she talked about her mental health..anxiety.She is lucky that he is a very passive person. This experience bothered him so much that he immediately spoke to me about it when he left the salon.This woman is lucky that I was not with him! She and everyone in the salon would have known of the unhappy experience.

Went in on Saturday to get our haircut. My boyfriend said his stylist barely talked to him and gave him a very fast and “aggressive” haircut. And my stylists also didn’t say a word to me but again gave me the most aggressive haircut I have ever gotten. Me and my boyfriend have never even been to this location so not sure why it felt like they hated us. Needless to say we won’t be back. My undercut doesn’t look great but it’s an undercut so Thankfully it doesn’t get seen. But my stylists station wasn’t clean at all. His clippers and scissors had hair all over them from the last customer.
