Had my haircut there Sunday. Was not really what I was wanting. In the confusion of focusing on paying attention to the length on the sides, I did not realize I was not properly shown the back of my head and the hair on the back is noticeably longer and thicker than the sides. It is definitely not even. Nor does it look good around the ears. It was barely cut at all. Also there is no noticeable blending. Looks very choppy. Really and truly disappointed I’m going to have to go pay for another haircut this week.

I was very disappointed for the second time! Their “online” check-in policy is unclear and up to whoever is behind the register. The first time around I checked in online and arrived earlier than our scheduled time just to find out that there were 3 customers who had walked in before me and put ahead of us, although we were showing as “next customers” on the screen, ended up waiting about 25 mins after our scheduled time. Then, today we went again…first of all you can’t even make an online appt prior to opening hours (10am)…we drive about 25 mins and get there at 1030sh… there’s about 13 people “online waiting”…and there’s only 2 people in the salon and they take our nam down. Then as people all the online checkins walk in they go ahead of us, so basically they can care less that we’re waiting in person (contrary to our first visit)…about 30 mins later I inquire about this to one of the girls and she’s completely confused about my question and tells me that online checkins take priority and she’s not sure what “happened last time”. Then a gentleman walks in and asks the lady if his wife can also get a cut during his scheduled time…in addition to him, yet she didn’t have an appt, she was just squeezed in together with him (this is jumping the line in my opinion)…over an hour and a half later we just left without a cut because this was a ridiculous operation and although I called to their attention numerous times. They just kept looking at us, not caring and letting everyone else in front of us. Too bad I had to waste almost 2 hrs of precious time here!!

They rushed our haircuts, which was obvious by our results. You also have to wear a mask there! I used to go there pre-Covid and had great service, but after this last time I’m going to be seeking another hair place as it was disappointing. I waited at least an hour and it looked like I didn’t even get a haircut.

Stopped by on my way to get groceries without an appointment. I didn’t know they took appointments. I lost about 7″ and 2 pounds of hair! This was my 1st haircut since covid. My stylist did a great collar length razor cut. I love it!
