I’m no expert in cutting hair but the way she handled mine left me worried on the chair. I felt her scissors slip several times and she trimmed my beard with a guard after joking with me about why I don’t trim it myself at home… It wasn’t till I went home that I noticed a chunk missing of the middle top of my head and the fact she missed most of my mustache. She didn’t even properly clean my lip.

I sent my nephew in to get a haircut, and he came back crying to me how he felt his haircut was rushed. He told me “the top of my hair was cut with clippers” and it was a scissor cut on top. As in she replaced using the scissors, and used clippers! The lady had orange hair, I’d advise everyone to NOT go to her. My nephew doesn’t complain, but now he can’t do anything to his hair except wait for it to grow out. I wish barbers had more compassion these days.

Not a friendly place. Lady acts like she doesnt want to be there. Never had the clipper cord going across my body. Barely removed loose hair when done. Thats fine, saved me from having to tip. Also left about three times to sign someone else in or answer the phone, not professional business. Haircut

Checked in online- got there and upon walking in they check and see if we checked in online- they called my hubby to get his hair cut and when the next chair was available… They went ahead and cut the next person’s hair… And didn’t even bother cutting my son next who was scheduled with my husband. VERY poor customer service. We had to wait till idk, they wanted to cut his hair??

The haircut was good. The 2 stylists did a good job. They really could have used 2 more people. We checked in on the app and still waited over an hour. They were turning customers away.
