They always get me right. All of the hair stylists are very good, don’t let the bad reviews fool u. I work at the CBD store next to them & was originally going there because they are close but after going there, I realized the price & service was on par or even better at times than an barbershop. The wait time is unavoidable sometimes but stop believing that “any” business works solely on ur own personal time. I hope I’m spelling her name right, “Aubry” is freaking awesome. They have a new girl there, Jennifer, that now cuts my hair. She’s very attentive & I prefer one of these 2 ladies to cut my hair. I’ve had everyone in there cut my hair before, all of them are talented, honestly. I’m there every 2 weeks when I get paid & will continue to spend my money there. Also, please tip these ladies, they’re more than worth it. Even with my tip, I’m spending less than at a barbershop & getting very similar, if not the same haircut. Thanks ladies, I’ll see u on Monday

I am disappointed. I don’t expect top notch results when I go here. I am cheap so I know what I pay for. But it’s very frustrating when the stylist does not listen or ask you questions to make sure they understand what you are asking for. I had to have the stylist go back two times cause she did not do what I asked. She cut my hair with a middle part. I wear a side part and thats what I had when I walked in so now my hair is uneven. I asked her to go a little shorter so my hair lays on my shoulders she cut it so short it is no where near my shoulders. She didn’t clean off the chair before I got into it cause I had hair on my hands the moment I sat down. I wish the stylist they hire cared a little bit more. Not everyone can afford to go to high end stylist .

It really depends on the stylist (some are good/decent) but the last haircut I got here was especially bad. Before I could explain to the stylist what I wanted she cut me off to say I actually wanted a number 3 haircut because it was listed that that was what I got last time I went there. I explained that no, I didn’t get that the last time I was there (it was way longer than that) but before I had even explained what I actually went there to get this lady had pulled out her scissors and was chopping off my hair. She was weirdly insistent that I actually wanted a number 3. She barely glanced at the reference I was trying to show her and thinned out my hair without asking me. Anyways, now my bangs are sideways and choppy and my hair is about an inch long in random spots and two inches long in others. The bangs are remeniscent of Winona Ryder in Beetlejuice. I think I could do better cutting my own hair in the sink left handed with craft scissors and no mirror. I might try that next time instead of paying 20 dollars here. It should be noted I didn’t bring this up in the salon and I tipped anyway since the damage was already done, but I figured I should post a warning to others haha.

The young lady who cut my hair was wonderful. I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got.They quoted me an hour wait time but then got to me within 10 minutes.Facility was clean and they greeted every customer with a smile.

Been here a couple of times and it’s been good each time. The ability to get in line before you arrive is a big plus. The staff is really friendly. They also keep notes on your cut so that you don’t have to tell them every time.

Online check-in with text notification worked great. I knew exactly when to go to the Great Clips location. Stylists did her magic (masked and all) and I love the result. I get scissor cut all around. I’ll be back for my next hair cut. This is the most popular GC in the area. Wait times are usually longer only because more people choose this location.

I would absolutely recommend checking in online first! It will help you to avoid any long wait times. I did not utilize this but I was in and out within 45 minutes. I love the way my stylist cut my hair! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and moved quickly. Definitely coming back to this location!
