I was so picky before I would only go to barbershops since my hair is a short bitstyle and always needed a good hair style and . But my husband always came to quick hair cut shops. So I came here here with him and really needed a cut already. So I said why not! And let me tell you! I drive from central San Antonio to this shop because of the ladies who work here! Amazing staff!! And always go above and beyond to get EXACTLY what I ask for done and DONE RIGHT! The folks working here are beautiful people! And make you feel so welcomed entering and leaving this place! It’s no wonder there is a wait always! Good thing is you can check in online before hand and get on the wait list before even arriving! 10/10!!! Love it here!

Gosh!!! I wish I could leave 6 stars!! I strongly recommend Connie!! She was absolutely amazing! She had a welcoming and friendly demeanor. We laughed the entire time and learned so much about one another I was blown away! Have never laughed as much as we did during a haircut. She provided great tips and complimented my hair the entire time it felt so great haha. She also said every employee there are experienced and seasoned professionals which I absolutely believe!!! 20 years she has underneath her. My haircut came out so nice and she went the extra mile to do touch ups to make it look great. I am super satisfied. All the hair stylists were so friendly and even laughed with us here and there. Recommend this place to everyone!! Connie is absolutely amazing. I definitely will be making the 45 min drive the next time I need her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My nephew is 8 years old and has autism. He has been getting his hair cut at great clips for over 4 years with zero problems until today. A stylist by the name of Jay absolutely traumatized him. First off, she refused to brush his hair until I got all of the product out, and then showed zero patience or grace with him. She barked orders that he could not understand and then threw her hands up and said I can’t do this. So unprofessional. When I stopped her and told her we were leaving, she did not apologize but chased after us yelling that she took care of all the autistic kids that came in that salon. God bless is that is the case. We will NEVER be returning to that location again.

Showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my hair faded on the sides and she shaved a square in my hair. When she saw I was mad all she said was, we will let it grow out and do better next time! Ummm there well not be a next time. Stay away if you care about your hair cut I should have known better!

Hair stylist did not do that I asked. When I showed her what I wanted, she talked me out of it. Then gave me the exact opposite of what I wanted. I hate my hair! And I have to go somewhere to get it fixed. My daughters also got their hair cuts and it’s not what I wanted.
