Was there first thing in the morning. Was only one female working, and a couple of us were waiting. She was quick and professional. I got the same haircut I’ve been getting for the last 10 years with a beard trim, and this may have been the best one. I’ll definitely be going back to this Great Clips locations. Top notch hairdresser.

This location gets 2 stars for effort I guess. My husband requested a military cut. In a military town, you would think the barbers would be aware how to do these. Whoever cut his hair is not savvy in the military haircut department. For anyone in the military, I WOULD NOT recommend this location. Save yourself wasted time and money by going somewhere else.

My experience at this Great Clips was wonderful. The hairstylist took time to understand what I wanted on my hair and she cut my hair according to what I wanted. The atmosphere is really nice and cheerful. And the price was was decent. We were able to get in and out very quickly and efficiently. I recommend this this Great Clips over other Great Clips in the area. As a tip it is better to check in online before going in person that way you don’t have to wait anytime during your haircut.

Used to be a go to location for my son. Lately this place is slow, rude, and just a very unpleasant experience . I tried once again to get haircut here as it is just blocks from home. However I was allowed to set an appointment online only to arrive to a store that has been closed since 5. Even though website clearly states closing time is 8. Always something new here, each time worse than the last. How they remain in business is beyond my comprehension

I’m new to the area and just found this place using Google. People were nice as I brought my son as a walk-in, and I was told to just have a seat and someone would be with me soon. It was not explained how it works with the online check-ins and how they would bump me down for everyone checking in despite me being there already. Had I known, I would have made an appointment for another day, but there was no acknowledgement of us like we weren’t there so, and we were there for an hour waiting that was a bit much. So thanks for your politeness, but I will find somewhere else to go.

Horrible service. Wasted 30 min of my life all for the “general manager” to yell at me as I walked out without my hair cut. Not to mention the whole time she spent complaining about how horrible the company is to her friend where all of the customers could hear. She is not even close to management material. She even bragged about how she has “access” to everything and can close stores down anytime she wants to or whenever she doesn’t want work. Been coming here for 8 years. Will never go back.
