Ashley did a fantastic blowout on my hair. Love it. The facility is new, looks nice and clean. Everything inside is bright. Front Desk gal was very helpful, too. Some of the other local GC look a little drab and tired, not this place. Noticing other customers’ hair, they all got nice cuts, too. Blowouts

Went in to get a haircut on 11/23 around 1pm at 7215 NE loop 1604. There were three stylists and no clients. As in, no one getting a haircut and no one waiting. Told them I wanted a simple men’s haircut and they asked for my phone number. I told them I’d like to skip that, and I had been here before without giving that information. They said they needed it, or they couldn’t cut my hair. I asked why, they said they needed to enter the profile of the haircut so when I come back, they’ll know how to cut my hair. I told them it’s a regular men’s cut, and I can just tell you.

I will never utilize Great Clips services again! I also do not recommend it. This location as well as the location on Kitty Hawk have the worst customer service skills and their stylists lack talent. Initially the Kitty Hawk location chopped my hair up and left parts 1/2″ to 1″ longer than the rest and wanted me to allow the same stylist to correct it I let me hair grow a little since 1 side was so short and I then went to this location where I showed a pic of how I wear it (shoulder length, short layers) and she made it worse. Not to mention the employees spent to much time engaging each other with inappropriate conversation than paying attention to the customer

Gloria is the worst hairdresser in the world do not go with her she cut my sons hair and decided to do her own thing. And not listen to anything my wife said and she messed up my son’s hair!!! It’s so bad that he doesn’t want to go to school and has been crying all day!! And when she was confronted she had nothing to say or even feel remorse!! Is this the staff you hire disgusting it’s hard to see him crying again don’t go !!

Went in for a trim. Asked the woman cutting my hair to take a quarter of an inch off multiple times as she asked me multiple times “What are we doing today?” I even physically showed her how much to cut off. After chopping 4 inches off my hair and then telling me I was not clear about what I wanted, she then complained about her tip. Def would not recommend.
