This location is hit or miss. There are some really great hairdressers and some that miss the mark almost every time. I have experienced a very overwhelmed and rude employee raise her voice at multiple people when there where multiple walk-ins coming in so we just left and went up the street. Besides that day, the staff is either really kind and attentive or they are indifferent and seem ready for the day to end.

Fast service today. But that’s part of the issue. Too fast from one stylist for one of the people in my party. It didn’t even look like she did anything to his hair. She just turned him loose, I had to stop it and ask for more off. You could see the attitude with that request. Instead of asking me what I thought of my son’s haircut. Then a bit more off, not all the way around, and didn’t ask me anything. My cut was ok. It depends on who you get I guess.

This was my favorite place for a haircut. Staff is always friendly and I love the check in online. This will probably be my last time going as the owner has taken away a discount for retired military and veterans. I know it is not required but since you gave it from day one and then took it feels like you don’t support the military.

Very, very frustrating! You check in online and show up at your appointment time only to find one stylist is working. I hear others in the back joking and laughing. Another person comes out and attends to a customer. Now two are working…wrong! The other stylist leaves after cutting her customer’s hair and doesn’t return. Two customers left without getting haircuts. I guess getting a hair cut is like going to the doctor, expect wait times to exceed an hour.
