ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I came hear to get a trim on my hair and my stylist (Sholanda) botched it. I asked for her to bring my hair to just about my shoulders and she cut it all the way up to my chin. Not only was the length not what I wanted, the cut was executed poorly and completely uneven. Don’t make the mistake like I did and pay the extra money to go get your haircut by a reputable salon.

Worst experience at this place. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, AVOID THE WHITE RUDE FEMALE HAIRDRESSER WHO APPARENTLY HAS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Was in town on vacation didn’t get a chance to get kid a haircut but thought going to another great clips would be like any other WRONG. AFTER SHOWING PICS AND STATING HOW ITS CUT with a 0 at the back and fowhalk leaving hair long enough at top to comb to side, WE GOT THIS. She stated to me after addressing the situation that I should of told her that her had a “Cow Lick”. Arthur I believe was the gentleman that had to step in and go over the entire kids hair again because the lines and the simple 0 at the back wasn’t even done correctly. BUT SHE HAD YEARS OF EXPERIENCE? More like years on BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN SHE WAS CALLED OUT ON SUCH A BAD JOB. I agree with other reviews this place is more for students or ones that are just getting started. AVOID THIS PLACE. See PICS ATTACHED FOR PROOF. ONE PIC IS BEFORE THE OTHER IS AFTER ♀️ I SHARED THE PIC WITH OTHER HAIRSTYLISTS TO GET THEIR OPINION ON WHAT WAS SO HARD OF NOT UNDERSTANDING HOW IT WAS TO BE CUT. Thankful his hair will grow back, BUT THE HAIRDRESSERS NEEDS A COUPLE MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. RUN IF YOU HERE “COW LICK” OR SEE THAT TATTOO ON HER ARM. I had James at this store for a haircut. Not only was he super polite the entire time I was there, he was fast, and gave me exactly the haircut I was wanting. This was the first time I left a place after getting a haircut that my hair looked exactly like I wanted it to without me needing to go home to style it. If you go to this store I would highly recommend trying to get James as your stylist

First time we came here, my partner’s hair was cut FLAWLESSLY. It was so amazing, we wanted to come back again. 2 months later, a different barber cut his hair and did not do a good job. Side burns were cut unevenly, back hairline wasn’t cut cleanly, and the top was too short (even though they had reference to the exact numbers he got last time). Very disappointed.

Extremely friendly staff. At least one barber, James Arthur, was very skilled, and several of the others seemed to defer to him in making important judgments while cutting hair. Overall, the best Great Clips I’ve been to and my haircut was exceptional.

I’ve waited here with my wife for 30+ minutes and a woman comes in who didn’t make an appointment gets to go immediately get a haircut? On top of that the all state guy who works here digs his comb into white peoples faces and is quite rough. He nearly poked my eye out at least half a dozen times. Repeatedly digs his clippers into my scalp producing numerous cuts. I’ve been coming here for a while now but these last two months have been enough. I’ll take my business elsewhere. These new people suck.
