I went in for a quick cut. After chatting for a few minutes, the stylist finally asked what I was looking for. I told her I’d like a trim and to thin it out towards the bottom. She went on to trim it, but made no effort to thin it. She said my hair was just frizzy because I am from out of state and my hair hadn’t acclimated to the humidity and that it had previously been colored. I have had my hair colored for years and I have lived in high humidity, I can tell why my hair is frizzy vs needing thinned out a little.

Walked in and got a haircut pretty darn quick earlier today. BRITTANY was amazing an the staff was accommodating. She heard me out on my concerns and adjusted. Overall atmosphere was laid back. Everyone here seems to know they craft and I trust them with my hair. Again thanks Brittany and I’ll be back!

This Great Clips always has the friendliest staff. I’ve been to other locations in town but none are as consistently friendly and none give me a consistently good haircut like this location. As with any location, I highly recommend downloading the Great Clips app and checking in prior to your arrival. Even though the wait time is normally minimal (20 minutes or less), checking in with the app makes the entire trip so much faster and easier.

Call us and told us they had us ready for a haircut. They cut one of my kids hair and then made the other one wait over an hour to get his hair cut. We will not come back to this location. My dad has also said they have messed his hair up the last couple times he has came here. He will not use this location again. Went from a 5 star to a 1 in a years time. We didn’t mind waiting it was the fact they called us and told us they were ready for us only to make us wait an hour.

Critical: QualityI always go to great clips to get my hair cut because I just have plain straight hair so they never really do a bad job. I went to this one and the staff was nice and I like my hair cut until I got to my car and realized it was wayyyyy too short. I asked for it right above my shoulder and she said okay to about your chin and I said yes and my hair is barley even to my mouth. I pretty much have a buzz cut in the back it’s that short. Once it dried it was even worse. The hair cut is so uneven and choppy and I can’t even fix it because I can’t make my hair any shorter than it already is. I’m really disappointed and really sad about having to live with my hair like this for about another month or so. So I usually go to a different establishment for a haircut, but I’m a based on reviews kind of customer. I’m also new to the area so i wasn’t sure about my usual salon of choice. This great clips had the best reviews in BCS, and I can see why. Kari was my stylist and I can say I will definitely be back. She was super sweet, friendly and very gentle as well. Some stylist will just rough you up during your haircut. She made sure several times during my haircut, that I liked how it was looking. My experience was hands down amazing here, Great Clips has a new customer.
