I came in on 10/18/2023 to get my haircut, and the stylist, Daphne, did a horrible job on my hair. She complained that she was already having a bad day before she even got there. To make matters worse, she bragged about cutting hair for 30 years.

Stylist gave me an attitude. I asked her to not shave the side of my head all the way up. She said she has been cutting hair for 30 years. And what does she do shave the sides all the way up. I believe she did it intentionally to get back at me because I repeated to please not shave the sides of my head but she did and ruined my style I won’t be going here anymore. Hire stylist without attitudes and with proper experience.

Came here to get my two boys haircut for school, when we first walked the in the lady was very very rude. Then she started to cut my sons hair i asked for a fade she left his hair very long on top then i asked her to fix his bangs at least and she wanted to argue his bangs were very crooked and had a pach shaved spot on the back of his head asked her to try to fix itand she was very rude so i wasted 20 bucks on a haircut that i have to get recut my other sons hair was a lil messed up to but at least the lady was halfway nice

Sooo I took my hIr down today after washing and putting it up from yesterday and it is to say the least…horrible. It was fine of course from the front…I couldn’t see the back…that’s where it is the worse at. I tired to not make a big deal about a the lady cutting my hair having a conversation with me pretty much the whole time about…she doesn’t know why some people don’t like cutting “textured”(black) hair…I now know why. My hair is horrible and I will never ever return here. I wish the black girl on duty would of spoken up and said let’s switch…I’ll cut her hair. I saw all of the facial expressions honey…you should of saved a customer from this horror I have on my head.

I visited the facility easter friday, my sons had previously had haircuts with Irma. She did great with the cuts. So i brought my son back to see her before easter pictured. She cut his hair, i used a coupon and hurried out to a doctor’s appointment. I did take a quick look while there but due to wet hair with product it seemed great. But that night after the shower it looked horrible. I called and the manager told me to go back in for a recut but due to the short lenght it really didnt help much. I paid for the cut with a coupon 5.99 and then tipped her $7. I asked for my tip back but the manager said that they couldnt do that. Im up set that i had to pay tip her and then tip the lady that had to do the recut. I did tip the second lady due to it wasnt fair to her. Irma should not be doing child cuts at this facility. The photo was taking the night irma did the cut, the back is long is some spots, the middle is beyond short and the front is longer is some spots. Do not take ur kids to her
