I have been at this location a couple of times now and just recently I’ve been blessed with having Christina trimming and thinning out my hair. I have super thick hair and I can never find someone who cuts and thins it the way I want it and when I got her the first time I knew I found the one who I can always rely on and go to. She trims it the way I want it and actually takes her time thinning my hair and not just do a quick job just to get me out of her chair. I love the conversations we have as well and it seems as though we have known each other for longer than what we have. I truly enjoy having her and I look forward to our next visit.

Ms. Christina is the best. I’ve been to her twice and both times made my hair better than expected. It’s hard finding a hairstylist that listens to your request but Ms. Christina goes above and beyond. Her customer service is also amazing she makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to!

After going to get a haircut, you expect to feel better about yourself. I checked in online thinking it could only take 30 to 40 minutes. This lady with red hair was horrible. She cut my hair not trying to make it look good. It took over an hour and when she asked for help, her “co-workers” disregarded her. I always had great things to say about great clips but clearly, this location hires people with a certificate, with no talent, or regard for what the customer is paying for. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Best place for haircut …..Kristen is the Best. I trust her with my eyes closed. She always do great job on my hair. I have really curly hair so as my daughter and she always do Best job. I told her very first time I went to great clip and now she knows what she will be doing every time I go there. I don’t have to explain. She is Best and experienced over there. I’ll be honest I have very low standards in haircuts. I expect it to be short and even. I have gone here for years but the last two times I received terribly bad haircuts. Their newer employees have been severely lacking in talent. After buzzing part of the back of my head she had the nerve to claim it was a bald spot and there was nothing she could do, and tried to call it done after not cutting the left side at all. I ended up needing to go elsewhere to fix it after she refused to make it even.

My daughter went in for a simple trim. They left her with chopped up hair. One side was longer than the other. The back and one side was chopped and sticking out. My daughter asked for them to fix it and thr manager couldn’t. They didn’t even wet her hair before starting to cut it.
