Walked in without an appointment and my Grandson had his ears lowered in 25 minutes! They prefer, but are not haughty about, booking in advance and instructed me on downloading their app…Which, by the way, is very user friendly! Kathy was my Grandson’s technician and she perused multiple pictures of cuts to ensure he received what he wanted! Prices are easy on the wallet which makes tipping more advantageous for the techs! Definitely will be back!

I did have a bad customer service from this lady name “Sam” not sure if she is the manager, but apparently she gets defensive when people asked her to do a different way of cutting hair instead of hers . The location is at Spencer salon #1375. I had been a customer since 2016 and first time I experience a rude customer service hairstylist.

Just had a haircut here, and the stylist Rosa messed up my hair completely. I told her three times that i like my hair long, and that i only want a small trim, she then cuts off way too much hair like I am getting a full haircut. So be careful if you come here, and remind the stylist over and over of what you want, because she doesn’t seem to listen to what you want.

I don’t usually do reviews, but this experience was absolutely wonderful!!! Lynn did such a great job, she was so sweet and professional!! Had a wonderful conversation, and gave me great recommendations for my hair type and also explained to me how to use them properly. Usually anytime I get my hair done it seems as if they are just looking for a tip, but this sweet lady seemed as if she genuinely cared about my hair. I will definitely be back!! 100% RECOMMEND

Even though it is not the closest Great Clips to me, I would be willing to make the drive. Got a surprise on arrival because there was a sale on haircuts (yay!). Carrie was great! Very professional and easy to talk to. It usually feels like it takes forever to cut my hair but I was in and out relatively quickly, the cut looks good and feels great. Thanks Carrie!

went for a haircut, employee messed up hairlines on the sides and cut one side of the top and left the other side. messed up at all points of my hair so bad there was no fixing without extreme trimming which isn’t worth it considering how short it was. so bad had to shave it all off. I don’t recommend long hair with this business. staff is good people tho
