Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went and had my hair cut somewhere else, a very high dollar salon and the lady BUTCHERED my hair! I was so upset, balling my eyes out and refused to step foot back into that salon in Mont Belvieu.I walked into Great Clips and Tasha said she absolutely could fix it and WOW, WOW, WOW…. she did an AMAZING job, especially considering how bad it was and she made sure to not take off anymore, but got it EXACTLY how I wanted it!I’ll be honest, I’ve always been told to steer clear from these hair chains, but boy has everyone been wrong! I’ll always use Tasha and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! She’s cut hair for 30 years and it shows! I went and had my hair cut somewhere else, a very high dollar salon and the lady BUTCHERED my hair! I was so upset, balling my eyes out and refused to step foot back into that salon in Mont Belvieu.

Critical: QualityFor the last 4ish years my son has had his hair cut by the same person, who is no longer cutting hair. His daddy took him here last weekend after months of no haircut & honestly, I could have done a better job at home. This is the absolute worst cut I’ve ever seen on a boy/man by a “professional”. My 6 year old son knows it’s bad, without being told. Monday when I picked him up from school he was wearing a hat “to cover his hair.” I asked where he got it cut & he told me “it’s called great clips, but they should change the name to horrible clips.” I took him somewhere Tuesday evening & was told there was nothing they can do to make it better until it grows out a bit. He had class picture day Wednesday & did not even want to go to school. I’m not sure who did the cut or what their end goal was, but they missed it by a mile. If ownership cares, my last name should help you backtrack to identify whoever cut his hair the weekend of April 17/18. Critical: ProfessionalismThere is a stylist wendy there and she’s extremely rude and unprofessional I’ve been to a lot of salons over the years and never encountered someone so rude!!
