I have been having good experience with this location. Today I had checked in and I got the message to walk in and I was there by 6.30 PM. I know they close at 7 PM but they should honor the fact that I checked in an hour before to get in line. They had already locked the door and did not even want to listen what I was telling. How can a responsible business behave like this !

Poor customer service, one of the staff is really rude and talking stuff about customers behind their back. A customer left because she couldn’t get her prebooked slot in time and this loudmouth staff got really upset and started blabbering nonstop.

I am so upset,we just came to the 1463 location next to Mod pizza. Jada cut My husbands hair. He wanted a 3 up top and longer bangs in the front. (Scissor cut) She grabbed the comb and accidentally buzzed too much off the front. He doesn’t like to complain. She realized I guess she messed up and kept cutting anyway but finally asked for help. It was all patchy. I was busy with My son so I hadn’t noticed what was happening until she asked Olivia for help with his request. She said she didn’t understand what he meant yet she had already attempted to cut. Olivia looked surprised she kept asking “he wanted 3 up top?” She began to explain to her how to fix but my husband suggested she just scissor cut it all. Olivia began to cut and it was looking better, until she handed the scissors back to Jada. She messed it up so bad. My husband at this point politely asked her to just use the number 3 clippers to even it out, including the front he wanted longer. I could see that he was trying to be understanding but he looked very upset that his hair was messed up. I politely called Olivia to please come help, didn’t say anything but “can you please help her” and jada looked at me with an attitude and asked me “what’s the problem?” I didn’t answer her despite what I wanted to say. Was she blind? My 10 yr old could have cut better.. She continued to cut it anyway despite me asking Olivia to help, so I just paid while she finished… i paid for both cuts and still tipped her despite not deserving it because I thought my husband would be upset if I didn’t tip. I then walked up to them again and I asked her to please clean up the back a bit more and she said “yeah that’s what I just said” (yet she didn’t tell me this, I had just walked up) she must have said that to him. She screwed up and that’s ok if she’s learning. Her attitude though wasn’t necessary, when we were very proper with her the entire time. She messed up his hair big time. This is what he looks like now

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my daughter in for her first haircut in a year and a half. She has sunken chest, horrible asthma, and I have a autoimmune disease so we have stayed inside. So we wanted to treat ourselves and cut our hair! A few days after the hair cut I got sick and needed a biopsy done. So, after being in and out of the hospital and urgent care I was home and able to brush my daughter’s hair myself and not her older sister. I noticed how chopped up it was and I mean BAD! So I called and was greeted over the phone with a lady who said since it’s been a week I’d be charged $5. Well, never in my life have I ever had a hair cut place be like “ we can’t fix what we did wrong but well charge you $5 to do so” policy or not haircut places usually just fix it. I even explained I was sick in hospital getting a biopsy. They could care less just flat out rude. It’s not about the $5 it’s the tone of voice and just like y’all hate your job so much quit. Better yet get trained to not cut hair poorly then this wouldn’t be a problem at all. I can get super ghetto my damn self but that’s just not how you run a business. Policy or not I’ve had MANY haircut places go above and over to fix their mess ups. The service has never been great, but the boys haircuts have been average. Today they totally managed to destroy my grandsons hair and I am sad for him. I am angry, frustrated and embarrassed. Imagine being a teenager and going to school with your hair looking like it went in a chop chop It was a short cut and no way to repair. Long on one side, short on the other snd chop chop up top.
