After 40 years of haircuts, you notice how your hair should get cut. The gal that “cut” my hair used a new method unbeknownst to me. I’m 100% sure I was one of her first haircuts. It was terrible. So much so a more experienced stylist did her best to try and salvage it.

I signed up online and came to the shop and my name was the first in the list and I was waiting to be called. Suddenly another customer came in and she was not on the list , One of the hair dressers ( who spoke the same language) jumped to help her and signed her up after my name and took her right away ignoring that I was there and waiting . The manager was there and was watching and did not do anything . I have been coming with my kids to this shop for years and I will never go back there alone.

Store was clean, but when I enter the store the employee didn’t greet at all. But as she started work on my hair she became little friendly. Took her time to get my hair cut and did a good job. Bu when you pick a time you can’t choose the stylist. You have to go with one while is available or wait for you stylist to be free.

Terrible customer service experience from the get go when I initiated with a phone call for an appointment. First time got hung up on called so immediately back. While I was asking to make an appointment she didn’t let me finish my question and immediately interupted me repeating “online, online, online: No thanks. Don’t need to go there! We are a regular customer with 3 kids but had an unpleasant experience with stylist, Reyna. She was very rude and impatient with our 4 year old son and started lecturing him to stay still even before he was seated. We asked her to stay calm but she became rude and she asked us to use another stylist. She said she can’t work with kids. She continuously rolled her eyes at us. And when I asked for the manager she refused.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for several years now and recently I went to the location off Spring Green. I’m really picky about my cut even though its a normal close cut style that requires mainly clippers. It’s been awhile since I’ve had this happen, but I had the Stylist named Brandi cut my hair and she got it right the 1st time. I didn’t need to ask for any corrections since it came out perfect and it was done really fast. Since that visit, I have been back a few more times and it still has been a solid cut. I will continue to use Brandi in future haircut needs and I would highly recommend her, Thanks!
