I paid someone $17 to mess up cutting my hair. How is this even possible. The person who cut my hair wasn’t even paying attention and talking about what I should do after work instead of focusing. I could’ve cut my hair for $17 dollars if I had the experienced I had.

I did the online check in. Showed up and was moved to the next in-line, I said I was waiting on Dana. They said ok and removed me from the waitlist as Dana was wrapping up with a client, literally using the words “She will be right with you”. She finishes up and the front desk gives her someone else. I interrupt and say I was waiting, Dana ignores me and continues with the new client. Avoid this business, they have terrible customer service.
