Critical: ProfessionalismThe hairstylist I had was Erica, and she was not professional. She did not ask if it was okay to shape my eye brows and went straight to it. I had to move back to avoid a trim on my eyebrows that I did not ask for. Once I explained that I was not interested in cleaning my eyebrows, she was rude. As she was finishing up, I asked her if she can cut my hair shorter ( because she did not match the picture I showed her), she laughed and sarcastically said that she’ll do it if that’s what I want her to do (as if it wasn’t clear already). Then she did not put my gown back on and proceeded to cut my hair without it. She covered me with hair and did nothing to avoid it. She might as well never had put the gown on me in the first placeI put two stars only for the benefit of the doubt for the other stylists there.
