I brought my daughter in for a haircut. We were very clear with what we wanted, and it wasn’t complicated. From the very beginning, we were treated like our very presence there was a nuisance. She asked for layers multiple times, no layers. She asked for her hair to be blow dried, I had to ask AGAIN after the haircut and bring her back to the chair with wet hair to get this done. The stylist acted exasperated and annoyed with us throughout the entire process. According to my child he told her on more than one occasion “this is so much work”. We are going to have to take her somewhere else to fix this very poor haircut. If they are not able or willing to style hair without a poor attitude, they should put up a sign. I will NEVER go back, and I hope this review keeps you from a similar experience.

Haircut, leaving cuts on the back of his neck. My 6 yr old son wanted a haircut, I had a coupon so we went. This was the worst experience I’ve had. She (tall curvy white lady with dark hair) gave me attitude when we first walked in about his name and the coupon. She messed up his hair, choppy and uneven. So I said something. She “attempted” again, and it’s still choppy, but I’d rather pay to get it fixed rather than deal with her.. sad to say I tipped her.

I was denied service at 7:30 pm. I made reservations online at Great Clips app that showed 8pm as store hours and drove 20 min to get to the store. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism by the receptionist. She made it seem like it was my fault and made a rude remark that she had a husband and child to go to! There were two stylist on duty at the time. I have never experienced such bad customer service at any store.

Was my first visit here and will definitely recommend! Customer service was excellent and June was so helpful and nice about getting my son a haircut at the last minute. Everyone was so friendly. Will definitely come back.

My son had the worst haircut of his life here. Would not recommend. We asked for a fade and it turned out completely jagged and uneven. I can’t even describe what the front of his hair and his sideburns look like. She left long hairs all along the ears as well. To top it off, she created a bald spot on the side of his head. We did not want to ask her to fix it because it got to a point of no return. Granted he is only 4 years old, but he stayed completely still for the barber. I’m so upset we were asked to pay for this haircut.

But last time when I cut my 2 and half year old child’s hair, I had a very bad experience. The hair dresser Ms. “Haylee” was so unprofessional and rude. She was not at all gentle towards the child and she made my child cry during the haircut. So I asked her to stop even though I was not satisfied with the hair cut. My child never cry during the hair cut, which is well known for other professionals at this Location. She was very rude from the beginning onwards and she was giving me a vibe that she doesn’t like to cut my child’s hair. I should have refused her at the beginning itself.
