Customer service was good but unfortunately I must admit, the stylist butchered My hair before I could do or say anything about it. Had to be polite and just deal with it. After all, it’s just hair right? It’ll grow back. Luckily I had a voucher for$8.99 because no way I’d pay $16 for this. The stylist I had last time was really good but she was not there. No big deal. Just had to give my honest opinion.
