Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy brother and I went in to get matching mullets I had the red headed lady. She was trying to get our info and needed my brothers name, (Patrick) she told him “Patrica you can go with her” and I corrected her calling him Patrick. Her response was “it doesn’t matter.” Then I showed her the picture I wanted and proceeded to tell me it was not a mullet and I told her I wanted it any and she proceed to give me an entirely different hair cut. While cutting my hair she was talking about how she just wanted to go home and leave early. My brother and I went in to get matching mullets I had the red headed lady. She was trying to get our info and needed my brothers name, (Patrick) she told him “Patrica you can go with her” and I corrected her calling him Patrick. Critical: QualityI am disappointed and upset at the way this company handles their business… my favorite hair stylist has dealt with tremendous anguish because of lies and poor handling of situations. I went on October 19 and ran by to see my favorite stylist, I went towards closing time but the light was in fact on after 6:30 bc I drove by to drop something off and speak to someone. I am aware there was an issue at this point based on lies and worse is the lies told after handling the situation. No investigation, no meeting. I am disappointed and upset at the way this company handles their business… my favorite hair stylist has dealt with tremendous anguish because of lies and poor handling of situations. I went on October 19 and ran by to see my favorite stylist, I went towards closing time but the light was in fact on after 6:30 bc I drove by to drop something off and speak to someone.
