It was bad. l wanted my hair coming down to the front and the lady said, “of course, you want it in an angle.” I though she understood what I want. I told her I didn’t like it straight, and guess what, that is the way she left it.

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWords cannot adequately describe how much I hate haircuts. I simply despise the entire experience. It’s a hassle, it’s awkward, and it’s very very uncomfortable. But when I walked into this location, wow. I sat for a minute until they were ready for me, and Bianca made me feel so comfortable. Normally, the small talk just absolutely kills me, but she made nice conversation while she went at it. Not only did I love the conversation, but she did a fantastic job cutting my hair! I normally don’t feel like the stylist quite gets what I was going for and have to wait for it to grow out a little before I start liking it. I loved it on the spot, before even leaving the building.
