I am new to the area and I’ve been trying to find the right place to get my hair cut. My son has had his cut here a couple of times and I he came out looking great. I tried this location, showed the stylist a picture of me and how I wanted my hair… I came out with a reverse mohawk, which is definitely not what I wanted. I wanted short sides, with the top roughly an inch long to spike or comb. She cut the very middle at about an inch and the rest of the top she didn’t cut at all. I had to come home and fix it.

Took two kiddos to get a haircut here. I deeply regretted it. One of the kiddos went to Anna to get their haircut and I stayed with him. The other one went to a male employee. Anna never asked what kind of style we wanted for the hair. When we said we wanted the sides shaved and some hair on top, she said that would be a 1 & 2 for the clippers. Wrong. Before the hair started to get completely removed, I told her multiple times that I still wanted hair on top. She refused to listen and did her own thing. She could not communicate properly to the customer. She asked me what I thought as she was near the end and I told her that I didn’t like the haircut. She had made the kiddo nearly bald. It wasn’t what I asked for. You could barely even tell the top hairs had more depth than the sides. Anna brought the manager over and I told her what had happened. She said it sounded like there was a communication issue; however, didn’t apologize or seem empathetic. She just said, “We’ll write what to do in the profile. No clippers. Just scissors. “. While the manager was even saying that, Anna was argumentative and was highly unprofessional. She had to be told multiple times to focus on the haircut that she was finishing up for the kiddo. I’m left feeling flabbergasted and angry. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior in a haircut setting. They decided to give me that $8.99 discount for the kiddo’s hair as if they don’t have that promotion going on for everyone.

The lady was nice enough and I got in fast, but the haircut was not what I wanted and came out too short, especially my bangs. I wanted my hair straight, which I told her, but she blew dried it so that it was poofy and curled, which only made it look worse. Yet, to get it straightened with a straightener was an extra $35 charge. It was ridiculous. I just spent the last 20 minutes crying over how awful my hair looks.

Worst haircut I have received in my life. Terrible customer service. I didn’t ask for anything complicated, just a short and neat style with the top longer than the sides. The lady that cut my hair didn’t even listen to me. I requested a certain style, but the whole time she just kept on asking me a number for the sides. I told her 3 and then tried to clarify that I wanted the top of my hair to be a little longer than the sides. But before I could finish, she just started shaving the sides of my hair. Then she splattered a ton of gel onto the top of my hair and started cutting a lot off. And the whole time I was just sitting there in silent shock. The end result was terrible, it was uneven and the top of my head looked like a ski slope with one side sticking up and the other side slanting down. I will never come here again and I don’t recommend anyone else come here either.

This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I showed my hairdresser multiple images of what I wanted, and gave explicit instructions. I wanted my bangs trimmed. I explained that they should NOT go over the eyebrow. I said “eye level bangs.” She lopped off my bangs, suddenly, far above the eyebrow, with no hesitation. I said nothing that would indicate displeasure, though she started giving me attitude. Speaking loudly, gum smacking, stating that I would “have to style it,” and that “I didn’t ask for that,” even though I showed her pictures. I was mortified by this haircut, and was made to feel guilty that I was unhappy with it.

If I could give no stars I would, this is the second time I have came here extremely unsatisfied and annoyed. Today I went in asking for a trim around the edges and specifically asked for the front and top of my head to be left alone. The hairstylist I had, who was named Ana, ignored my request and begun to cut my front. And when I told her not to cut it and that she was cutting too much off she stated that she’s just making it even and continued. I sat there appalled watching most of my hair being cut off against my wishes as a customer. And once It was done I had to stare at myself in the mirror seeing that the sides were actually longer than the front and not only that but they were uneven. At that point I was embarrassed I just paid and left but now I don’t even want to walk around without a hood on or a hat covering this horrible hair cut. Someone who refuses to listen to the customer should not be allowed to work at an establishment like this, nor should they be allowed to cut hair given how badly they cut mine. I would return to get my hair fixed but I Honestly don’t want it to be ruined anymore. I hope the manager of this establishment can try to employ better employees, preferably ones that listens to their customers.

I come here every 3 weeks and T normally cut my hair. But she’s no longer with the company . So today I come and it’s 3 ladies there and I asked them ALL do they know how to do a simple Africa American hair they ALL stated NO!! Working for a hair salon I thought they supposed to know how to cut it. And so I went to the one that’s 7 miles from them and asked the same question they said they do and the did their thang I am happy
