I wish I could rate 0 star !!! I’m a big fan of Great Clips but a big “NOOOOOOO” to their “Heights Marketplace in Houston” branch !!! I went to the salon to have a very simple a line bob cut. The stylist named “LATASHA” disregarded my instructions and when she gave me a look after the cut, I politely tried to explain once again how I want my hair cut and she yelled at me and said “I don’t like when somebody tells me what I should do !!!” and without taking what I had said into consideration, she just kept cutting my hair aggressively and kept behaving badly. At some point I was frustrated and went to pay and ask her to behave politely and she started screaming like hell again then I just left!

I just wanted to let you know what a bad service my son and I received today. I took my son for his haircut and the stylist did not acknowledge my instructions. My son had told her to cut one inch and I felt that it was not short enough. Since my son did had long hair I ask to cut it 3 inches total. She just kept on cutting without acknowledging what I had mentioned. I am paying for the service and include tip. She was rude and with an attitude. When she finally finished I paid for the service and she did not bother to say thank you, come again or see you next time. I will not be going back to Great Clips at Heights Marketplace in Houston (Salon#8786). The stylist name is Latasha and I feel she needs more training on common courtesy. I have been taking my son there since he was 10 and now he is 18 years old. I will be posting my experience that I had with this stylist at this location and letting friends, family and colleagues to take their business somewhere else. No need for the attitude.

I checked in online. The closing time shows 8:00 PM. By the time I reached the Saloon. Its already closed from inside with the notice. I waited for 5 mins to see if someone opens the door. The lady is inside watching me but did not care to come address me. This is ridiculous . You guys don’t have any right to waste my time.

My usual haircut location was closed so I went to this convenient great clips location. I found parking quickly and didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. The ladies there were all friendly and professional, engaging in fun conversations while providing great service. Maria was the stylist that cut my hair and she did an excellent job. She took her time, asked me specific questions about what I was looking for and let me know what she was doing as she cut my hair with the features I wanted. On top of that, she was a kind person and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Not worth even the price. Went for a tiny trim on bangs, showed a photo, said what I wanted specifically and I am not even sure the woman was paying attention to what she was doing. I could have done better in the dark.

I had a disastrous hair cut here yesterday. I asked for a layered haircut and I got something else horrible. The lady was least bothered about the customers and was rude. She treated me as if she was volunteering and doing me a favor. She forgot that I pay for the service . She hurt me so bad while brushing the hair. While I was giving instructions, she didn’t even bother and continued cutting my hair into whatever length she wants. Overall, I just wanted to get out of the store. There were 2 stylists in the store and they were busy chatting all the time. This is the worst experience I ever had for any kind of paid service. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

I had a good experience coming to this location and getting my haircut. It’s probably been 2 years since I went to another location for a haircut but I decided to go this time around. After searching around for hair cut places that offered the best price, I ruled it all the way down to great clips, and they did have the lowest price then anywhere else in the area. I didn’t even have to wait. I walked it they put me in the system and started cutting it right away. The store was clean and on top of that they did a wonderful job on my haircut. So I was really happy.
