Person doing my hair kept hitting my ear with comb and scissors. About the 7th time, I jerked and conveyed my pain. No response. Still, I believe in tipping, so I paid with card for cut then gave her $4 in dollar coins. She twisted her mouth in some negative emotion and didn’t even thank me. Did she think it was 4 quarters? Even so, a thank you would have gone a long way. Won’t go back, for sure.

Used the App to check in , it said I have six minutes so I headed over. When I arrived there were three chairs full which you could tell that they just got set up and seated , and also about literally 10 more people signed up after me. The two ladies looked at each other and basically knew they screwed up and they di not follow their own process flow. They were also very rude to me which I was surprised because I always leave a 20 dollar tip. I know I will never go there again , kind stinks because she did a great job on my hair the last three times. If you are going to have a check in App to entice customer use then train your associates how to use it properly and also not to be so rude to people who have questions about the service. This could have went another way , as I am usually not so calm to ignorance by any staff I am paying services for. I have also taken away verbally any recommendations to this place, horrible experience.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to try it but now I understand why. The stylist seemed very inexperienced and unsure of herself. Didn’t know how to properly use clippers to blend, and my hair was so uneven when I checked it at home. It seemed more like a training center and all the patrons are guinea pigs to assist in their pursuit to actually learn the trade. Since I don’t like being used as a training subject, I will never enter these doors again. Please make sure your employees are vetted and experienced before unleashing them to experiment on the public, yikes.

Sweet. I almost had to get upset when I was told I had to have a ticket for the free haircut through Dec. 10th for Veterans. I reminded them that they ran out but that we could show our VA cards and get one anyway. Then it was all good. They do a really good job too. Thank you Great Cuts for Honoring Veterans.

It’s so hard to find someone who genuinely knows how to cut hair out here. First time in there my hair was getting butchered, and I had to call a stop to it when she kept getting direction from someone else. By the time I had that person take over, there wasn’t much left to work with, but she did her best. I’ve used her since with no trouble UNTIL I made the mistake of going in on her day off. Decided to give someone else a chance. Again, ridiculously butchered and uneven. What I hadn’t realized was that it was the same lady that messed it up the first time. She had changed her hair color and I didn’t recognize her. I only found out later that she is the now assistant manager. I can’t remember her name. (First chair on the right.) If you decide to go here, make sure you get Kara. She’ll make sure you are done right. I can’t speak for the other ladies other than those two. Turnover among the stylists seems to be pretty quick. Edit: Lacy is good, too.
